1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Restaurant Hunting you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Restaurant Hunting is a discovery tool. Restaurant data, menus, pricing, operating hours, parking logistics and operational statuses are aggregated from public web sources and from verified business owners. We do not warrant that any information is complete, current or error-free.
3. Verify before you travel
You are responsible for confirming critical information — allergen handling, dietary preparation, hours, pricing and parking availability — directly with the venue before relying on it.
4. Bookings, orders and parking reservations
Reservations, online orders and parking reservations are fulfilled by the venue or by third-party partners. Restaurant Hunting may receive a referral commission on partner bookings. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for their fulfilment, refunds or cancellations.
5. Business accounts
Business claims are subject to verification. Claimants must be authorized to represent the venue. Submitting inaccurate operational data, including dietary and allergen claims, may result in removal of dashboard access.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell or redistribute data from the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
All software, code, designs, graphics, branding, text layouts, and search algorithms generated by or appearing on Restaurant Hunting are the exclusive property of Restaurant Hunting or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Third-party restaurant names, logos, menu item names, and trademarks displayed on the service remain the sole property of their respective owners. Restaurant Hunting's display of third-party assets is for informational, nominative fair-use purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
8. Data collection practices
We index only publicly accessible pages, and we do not collect from sites that explicitly prohibit scraping. We respect robots.txt directives wherever they are published, and we do not copy copyrighted photographs or logos. Venues may request review or removal of their listing at any time through the Business Removal Requests link in the footer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restaurant Hunting is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from reliance on aggregated information.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
